Merchandise purchased through NoritakeChina.com must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
A credit will be returned to the original form of payment, minus the initial shipping and handling charge.
All items must have the UPC stickers attached—items without the stickers will not be accepted.
If any of the items being returned are broken, credit will not be issued for those items.
If you receive a broken item in your original shipment, please contact Noritake for a replacement.
